RMS Technology Software Return Policy


All new products are shipped with compact discs in a sealed envelope. User manuals in printed form are included with all new software (not sealed) and give a complete description of the software's capabilities.

Opening the envelope constitutes acceptance of all license provisions and voids the right to return the product for a refund.

If you find that a product will not meet your needs and it is necessary to return it, please follow this procedure:

1. Repackage the unopened envelope and manual - in new condition - in the shipping container.

2. Call the place of purchase to obtain a return authorization.

3. Return the package to the place of purchase within 30 days of the date of purchase.

Note: All refunds are limited to the purchase price of the product. No refund will be made if the sealed envelope has been opened or if a refund has not been authorized.


RMS Technology Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) Return Policy


Your purchase of the Flitesoft EFB constitutes acceptance of our return policy.

If there is a problem with operation, you agree to work with RMS Technology's support staff to correct any issue.

You must contact RMS Technology for a Return Merchandise Authorization number.

All returns must be made to RMS Technology within 21 days of receipt of shipment.

Each computer we ship is customized to the individual. There is a $25 reset fee on all returned computers.

Modifying the computer in any way voids your right to return it for a refund.

We are unable to sell returned items as new. For this reason, there is a 15% restocking fee on all returned hardware items. All items must be returned in new condition, in their original packaging, with all original inserts. RMS Technology (at our discretion) may refuse the return of any items if they are not in new condition (examples include, but not limited to: scratches on hardware surfaces, writing/stamping in manuals, etc.). Any returns accepted that are not in new condition will be subject to additional restocking fees and will be determined depending on the damage. All incomplete returns (returns with missing items) will be subject to additional restocking fees to cover the cost of any missing items.

Recertified computers cannot be returned for refund or credit.

Every item must be returned in original condition:
