If you call during business hours (7:30 AM - 3:30 PM Pacific) 503-829-6166 your call will be answered by a human being, you will never spend long waits on hold, and you will be connected to a knowledgeable individual. You will pay the toll for the long distance call but you are not asked to dial a 900 number nor to give your credit card number.
